  • I feel so bad giving this such a low star rating but omg. My boyfriend is usually in charge of washing the cars but I decided to go on my own. Not a good idea. Apparently you have to pay as soon as you walk in without even seeing your car. The girl was yelling in the lobby asking who hasn't paid. Huh?? I haven't even seen my car go through the wash and you want me to pay? Anywho, not that anyone was standing up by the registered to pay but whatever. The girl wanted to give me attitude like I wasn't going to pay for car. She takes the ticket from me and says 'pick out your air freshener '. Why would I want one if you're rude? But I figured I would keep my mouth shut if my car looked good. She walks me out to my car and my driver side looks okay so I get in and drive away. When I get to the grocery store I notice some of the windows are wiped down, half of the back isn't cleaned, AND they left rags in my car. Forget that. I'll drive an extra few minutes down the road to Choice!
