| - Came here with my mom while we were on our Ikea trip in Charlotte. We were seated very quickly, as there weren't many people, and within five minutes of ordering, we both had steaming bowls of pho in front of us. The broth was clear and flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. They gave us a lot of meat (definitely your money's worth!) and I particularly enjoyed the steak and fatty brisket. My mom thought her broth was on the salty side, however, and she didn't finish all her meat because it was too much. This place has reasonable prices for a nice bowl of pho that really hits the spot, and when you come, be sure to add the basil (check to make sure it's fresh first though), bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, jalapenos for a nice kick, fish sauce, and sriracha to your soup. It really brings out the flavor. I'd definitely come again, as there are no good pho places in Chapel Hill.
