  • Have had a few mani-pedis here. The place is polished and bright. Staff are skilled and professional. BUT I will comment on the vibe. Have found it to be inconsistent. One day it's super friendly and kind, next day cold and anti social. I needed a mani today for my brothers wedding tmrw so I was in a bit of a tizzy. The mood seemed curt and agitated when I walked in. Was not at ease today. At the end of my manicure I smudged a nail by accident and the girl looked annoyed for having to fix it. Only time they brightened up and made small talk was when I paid. Inconsistency is fine but when I get a mani I usually look for warmth of service and kindness also. Didn't get that today. Previous manis were by another girl. Today it was the owner. My mani is real nice regardless so you can bank on that!
