  • Great Food. Horrible Service. Not trying to be mean or anything but that's the truth. Hubby and I are staying at the Hard Rock Hotel for a little staycation.. we decided to try out Pink Taco. Heard the food is great here and it was!!!! I had the famous pink taco and my husband had the carne asada entree. both were on point! To drink I had Sancho's mojito. The food is great but the service was horrible. for one, we never got our appetizer and it took about half hour for our food. The server was short and inattentive and only checked on us once. Plus it wasn't even that busy to begin with. Sunday early evening and tables were empty around us. Maybe it was just our luck... sigh. What a bad first impression.
