  • Very rude, couldn't imagine giving her the keys to our home and three dogs a few times a month! And who are we? A successful family with residency, properties and business spanning three countries. We choose to publicly document our bad experiences, especially with those persons/companies who lack basic customer service and communucation skills, to the benefit of other readers. The smart ones realize that crowd-sourced data is important and accessible, and change their ways. The others (opposite of smart ones) try to defend bad reviews only digging a deeper hole and proving to future readers what they are all about. Check our reviews - usually quite simple, but quite often other readers mark them as "helpful".
