  • I have have taken my Tacoma here a few times for service. Last time I went, they gave my truck a car wash and money was stolen from my truck. I know 100% because I intentionally placed it in my door and sure enough, it was gone. The service manager ensured me that it was not any of the Toyota employees and that they had just outsourced their car wash to an outside company (onsite). Basically he seemed lie that was a good excuse and I got screwed because there was "nothing they could do". The only reason I would take my truck back there is to have Brian service it. That guy is honest and very knowledgable when it comes to Toyotas. 1 star for mediocre customer service and them allowing cheap, underpaid people that steal to wash our vehicles.
