They spend alot of time with each customer making sure that they understand any foot issues and your athletic needs so that you can get the right shoe. They will bring out as many shoes out as you wish to try on and discuss each one with you. Note that this means you may have to wait a short time to have someone attend to you. The employees can even do a gait analysis should you wish to have one done. If you've never had one, you should get it. The prices are pretty comparable to regular prices that you will find in other department stores. Occasionally, you can get a coupon and they sometimes have big sales. A great specialty shoe store.
