  • Went into this FedEx Office to print a couple quick 8x11 photos with my girlfriend for an art show later that day, but it quickly turned into a 2.5 hour ordeal. The Sony Picture printer wasn't recognizing the files from the disc, and we received little to no attention from the three workers. One of the girls helped us when we first arrived but abandoned us, and another girl had a horrible attitude. After about an hour of resizing the resolution, we finally got the attention of Jaime (who was helping another customer the whole time). HE was extremely helpful and went through lengths to make us happy... printing test photos, comparing matte and gloss paper, even mounting the photos on poster board for us. He blew the other girls out of the water and saved the day.
