| - Went to Kat's (1st challenge... that name is NOT on the outside of the store, so I searched for 15 minutes trying to find this laundromat that someone told me had 60-LB machines for large blankets). Finally found a laundromat, went in, no attendant, no signs saying Kat's, you have to BUY a card and load money into it, so I was helped by another customer to buy $10 credit on a little plastic card... I only needed to wash 1 large blanket and wanted the largest machine; 1 was being used; the other was out-of-order. Waited 20 minutes, washed my blanket, used about $6 on the card, and now have credit on a card I will probably never use because I live a long way from here. Maybe some people like the no-coin laundromats, but I don't recommend them. I'm on the search for another laundromat that has staff present and doesn't force you to buy more credit than you need. Also, the little advertising blip you see from the PREVIOUS owner, Kathy "Kat's," is not even valid anymore but it hasn't been changed by YELP or the new owners. I did send a message to YELP about it. Hope this info helps. If you go there, don't expect any help.
