I didn't want a huge expensive wedding. If you want to get married at Aria's chapel for example they immediately try to push a package on you starting at $3000.00. That to me is excessive. I'd rather put that money in my house or retirement. My now husband and I just wanted something simple. We had also thought about getting married at the courthouse but my husband thinks there are too many derelicts and hoodlums around that area. While researching wedding chapels around Vegas I came across Wedding Wagon. It had excellent google reviews and yelp reviews. I figured it couldn't be that bad with such great reviews, and with such reasonable prices and things you can chose to add on or not add on it was perfect! They were willing to go anywhere we wanted it seemed and we chose to be married in our backyard with only close family. I was slightly nervous that I had never met the Reverend (or Minister?) but Reverend Peck ended up being a very nice British person and the girl who took pictures was another sweet and young British girl. I was so relieved they were very normal, professional and nice! One thing that had also given me reservations was that you can not read the vows ahead of time unless you pay an extra fee. They ended up being normal vows and nothing crazy religious or misogynistic. So don't be worried about that either! The wedding wagon was on time, if not a few moments early, and they asked us lots of questions to be sure we would be happy. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend this service to anyone! I spent $188 total because I paid a bit extra to have the marriage certificate recorded as soon as possible. We also tipped the Reverend but I don't know how much my husband put in the envelope. There are suggested tip amounts on their website if you need guidance. One other item is that the wedding wagon did confirm with a few emails as well as a text message before hand- so I never had to wonder if they would show up or not.
