  • This company is a joke. They put the wrong compressor on my system, the jury-riggred the wiring. Now the system needs to be replaced after burning out. In addition they charged us $500 for removal and disposal of the freon. The new company said it will be $60 for the removal and disposal of the freon. Worst company ever. Owner Amy is the rudest person I ever had the displeasure of speaking with. After scheduling them to come back for the fourth time when they weren't here at scheduled time, I called to find out the status, and she told me that since I obviously had a cell phone, if I was too hot, I could get in my car and go drive somehere cool and wait for them to call me. I informed her again that I worked from home. After a bit of arguing she told me she wouldn't send her employee out for the call that day, and for me to find a new contractor. This was after taking our money. I called our warranty company and filed a complaint with them as well as BBB and the Registar of Contractors. Today I will be contacting my local news to help get our money back for them putting in the wrong part and causing complete system failure, as well as the money we already paid out, and also to find out my recourse for the electric bill that I will get for having my thermostat set at 70 to keep it at about 85 in the house. BTW temps have been well over 100 for over a week and this company could care less. Do not use them. Save youreself the money and the headache.
