rev:text	I can only comment on/review the Brampton Home Hardware location, as this is the only location I've dealt with in the past. If you ask them a question about one of their products, their answer is usually a chuckle or a laugh followed by : "Hmmm, I don't know". Not once did I get a straight answer from their staff members. It's as if they're new employees; only these "new employees" have been working there for years. So why do I shop there? Honestly, I usually don't, because of my poor experiences there. This shop is my last resort if the other shops don't have what I'm looking for. Fortunately I go to the more reputable places, but once in a blue moon I can't find what I'm looking for at the other big box stores, and this establishment might have what I'm looking for. Worst case scenario : I can't find what I want at the other big box stores, and I can't wait for it to be shipped to me (if I choose to order it online from another store), then I'll buy from this place.
