  • Had my pipes video inspected by these guys last month and never received the link for the video. I am having major issues and need this. Called 4 times and Kim keeps telling me she will send. Oh, and also if I don't get it, call her back...WTF? How hard is it to send an email with a link. I paid $150 for this service. Very unprofessional and would never use them again!
