  • This is an update review. My earlier 2 star rating is now a 5 star rating. Earlier, I had written a review saying how we loved the furniture we bought but the mattress we got was a lemon. Since we couln't return it, we were reminded of our bad choice every time we went to bed and everytime we woke up with a sore back. WELL, the customer service manager replied to my review within a few days. He wrote that they have a new company they go through for their mattresses that have a warranty, AND TO COME TO COLLEEN'S AND PICK OUT WHATEVER MATTRESS I WANT AND IT WILL BE A FREE EXCHANGE! Keep in mind, it's been a year and a half since I purchased the first mattress. I just got the new one today! Aaron (the CS manager) could not have been nicer! I am so very happy with this outcome! I had no idea that posting my review would bring about a new mattress. Thank you Aaron! And my husband's back thanks you too! I will definitely refer my friends to Colleen's!
