  • WORST LODGING EXPERIENCE EVER. Rude front desk staff. Quoted price not honored. Manager never available. Promised phone calls never happened. Phone calls not returned. We stayed because of our nephew/grandchild was at children's hospital in ICU and certainly did NOT appreciate being treated so poorly. We will travel to Mesa often in the future, and will never stay here again. EVER.
