  • Horrible customer service. My father and I went to collect a lost card, that they forgot to give back to him. The entire experience was slow and the staff was very rude. They gave my dad a lecture about how it was his fault, even if it clearly was Canadian tire's. When we got our card and began to head out, I heard the staff speak under their breath about how stupid we were; extremely immature. Canadian tire needs to fix their staff, because the three that "helped" were very rude.
