I recently had work done on my trailer with Mike at Cherokee. I took it in for a new bunk and some bracket welding. Mike found some other problems which included a bent axle. He dealt with a major trailer manufacturer for the new axle and felt I was getting ripped off. He then found me a better axle (3500lb vs 2000lb original) on his own and repaired the trailer better than it was before.
He went above and beyond what I had gone in for and did extra repairs to make it a better and safer trailer. He also worked on my wiring as well as additional welding work. He then stuck by his original estimate which was much too low with the new axle and all.
I have never met a fairer and honest businessman than Mike. Usually repair shops go the other way and you feel fleeced when leaving them. I would never take my trailer anywhere else than Cherokee and Mike.
