  • My husband and I frequent Las Vegas about 8 times a year. On our last visit at the beginning of May, We were unable to get a reservation at SW Steak House to get my fix of Foie Gras and decided to look for a specialty store where I could purchase and take home with us. The night before we left I found Artisanal Foods and called to see how early they opened the next day. The gentleman (I think it was David) told me 10am and I said I will be at the door when they opened. We purchased a little over a lb and it was packaged in single serving sizes so I could keep it frozen and only take out what I needed at a time. They even packaged it up for me with ice bags and an insulated box for the journey home. These guys are so helpful and friendly. We live just south of Los Angeles and it is a four hour drive. The quality of the Foie Gras is unbelievable. My foie gras came out fantastic,,mouth watering. I had to make it two nights in a row and then ration myself to once a week till we go back at the end of June. Since I dont know when we will be going back I am going to purchase enough to last me untill Christmas. This is now my go to place whenever we go to Las Vegas, I even have a few friends who want me to purchase some and bring back for them. The only thing that would make me happier is if they decided to open another store closer to me..even an hour away would be a god send. Thanks guys for taking care of me, I am a life long customer.
