  • I have never ever been so upset at a store before!! I took my ring to get fixed when a prong broke off, they fixed and when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find my paperwork! My little plastic sleeve that had alllll of my ring information like when it got inspected or cleaned or about my ring in general! I have had it since my husband proposed! They didn't even care! The manager said- it's no big deal! We will print out new ones! NO. That's not the point! The point being, how the hell does a place like that lose paperwork?! In a plastic sleeve! I just left my thousands of dollars wedding ring with you, and you can't handle paper work? Wtf. Never ever ever going back.
