This experience was the worst I've ever had with any type of company ever. I went in and ordered a couch in the middle of june. Was told it would be here by 7.24. Three days before scheduled delivery I was then told it would not be ready until 7.30... that upset me enough because we already had waited five weeks and now I had already given up our old couch in preparation. I asked to be compensated and after yelling and arguing for a good 10 minutes and rejecting store credit I successfully was given a $75 refund. On 7.28... 2 days before the second scheduled delivery date another call came to tell me it'll be delayed again. When I asked how come it is taking this long they tell me it could be up to 8 weeks total from order ... I pointed out that they didn't put estimated date on their receipts they schedule it and this has been unacceptable. I canceled my order and I went to another furniture store and walked out with a couch that day which Is way nicer and cost me less due to it being a floor model. Never will I ever again do any business here. Ever.
