  • The people that work here makes shopping here such an unpleasant experience. They know absolutely NOTHING and are your stereotypical desert brain Arizonians. They are the type of people that won't survive outside of Arizona. I needed help with getting a bouncer from the top. Everyone that I asked was so desert brain that they couldn't understand the concept of how to get down something that they put up there. I googled each bouncer to read reviews and see their retail price and saw that one that they were selling actually was recalled due to safety issue. Always do you research before purchasing! As I was leaving another employee asked me about something that I owned and "what brand" that it was. When I told her she was EXTREMELY RUDE and questioning it just because she "never saw it in that color before". She didn't seem like the type that shops Bloomingdales flagship store in NYC so of course she never saw it in that color. They don't sell the complete collection anywhere in Arizona. She did not strike me as somebody that travels much. Probably never even heard of Bloomingdales or knew they sold kids stuff.
