As far as spa experiences go, I can't fault the massage giver. She was nice, and she did her job well.
The problem that Saffron has is the location. Wedged between a pizza parlor and a hookah shop, you're going to be mid-massage when you'll inevitably be intruded upon by either the pizza stock room having things banged around in it, or the guy next door having a conversation about hookah. It's not really the most conducive atmosphere to relaxation.
That being said, the staff was all very nice. The rooms were clean, and everyone was attentive. If you can get a deal here that you like, and you can put up with a possible interruption noise-wise (maybe go in the morning?) you'll have a pleasant experience.
