  • They had my car cleaned out completely vacuumed and ready to go to auction before I even came to retrieve my belongings. My paperwork was all gone in the vehicle and back license plate missing. They of course denied it and blamed it on the tow yard that initially picked up the vehicle. What benefit would a tow yard have to cleaning the interior? Now the place that's going to auction it makes much more sense doesn't it? I wish this wasn't the place Geico uses for total losses.
