It almost seems unnecessary to review this restaurant because it is has such a high caliber of food, and the dining experience is wonderful. I think it doesn't matter what you order it'll be more than satisfying. I had a "wow" experience as I ate the dish named after the restaurant - Au Pied de Cochon. It consisted of pig's food perfectly cooked in a heavy savory sauce with mushrooms, foie gras and mashed potatoes. The first bite was the absolute best. I couldn't believe how good it tasted. This meal is best shared with someone as it is heavy and too much for one patron. In addition to the food, I had a blueberry mojito made with the restaurant's own gin...very refreshing and tasty. They also have a nice wine list if you want it by the glass or bottle. Be ready to pay for what you are getting; it's worth it. The people working there are also extremely accommodating & friendly. Overall, it's a fantastic dining experience.
