  • Two outta the five emails he responded to. I needed basic stuff like hanging etc. I pursued cuz he's reasonably priced. He text me late evening suggests coming in the morning, so I basically after work I stayed up till 5am preparing for his arrival. Then he emails again rescheduled for two hours later. Needless to say he emailed me at basically the time he was supposed to show up and claimed he couldn't make it due to "family issue" with no follow up etc.. I sent my understanding and my request when he may reschedule -its twelve hours later and still nothing. Clearly this company is lacking professionalism and is also suffering with the majority of other handymen in the city with, "family issues." I hope all their families are taken care of, so they can also handle their businesses in a professional matter and foremost, Respect People's Time! Great glad your a good father, we all bear our crosses. Being a mega international company has nothing to do with good business practise or acumen. I'll be going in a different direction... It shouldn't be this hard. Thanks.
