| - My daughters and I ate here for the first time last Saturday. We got there later in the evening -- around 8 or so and it was packed. There were two giant parties of, easily, 2 dozen or more people. To make a long story short, the food was great -- really great. My favorite is cheese enchiladas and their enchiladas really the best I recall ever having. My daughters enjoyed their dishes, one had the shredded beef taco Kid's Meal and my eldest daughter had the Enchiladas Crema. The serving size of our plates was very generous and the prices were very reasonable.
However, the one downside to our experience was that it took 45 or more minutes for us to get our food because, unfortunately, the two massive tables of people got there just before us and so they were getting, naturally, their food before us. Can't really fault the restaurant for our bad timing. I guess the only thing I would do different next time is to ask what's taking so long earlier than I did. It would have been nice if our server would have given us a heads-up about how long it was going to take for us to get our food as well.
I read a few recent reviews of this restaurant before I wrote this one and I was shocked to see many, too many, comments about Caucasians being favored over Non-Caucasians or vice-versa or the diners being primarily Caucasian or vice-versa. I didn't notice any kind of favoritism or lack thereof toward any particular race or culture while my daughters and I were there. I also didn't notice any kind of segregation of customers based on their race or culture, either. As far as I can see, none of the comments along these lines are based on factual and accurate observations. Our server was always attentive and friendly and we have a very pleasant experience.
In closing, my entire Family and I are headed back to this restaurant right after l finish writing this review because I want my wife to have the pleasure of dining at one of the best Mexican Restaurants we've, at least, have been to in quite a while.
