  • Awful awful awful. What a grand welcome to the service area and then you need to be on your toes. I brought my c300 2011 Mercedes in for a B service, 600 they said. I get a email pdf 3 hours later and after several calls to find out what's going on, the pdf is an additional $4500 of work required for my car! 5700 on a car with less than 47000 miles on it! Never heard of it! Took it to a garage with a Mercedes trainer mechanic who did everything for $700! Thanks Mercedes could have had me in debt with interest or even a new car for years, due to your over the top pricing! Never again and when escalated in their surveys corporate say oh sorry nothing we can do and the local manager says nothing I can do with a very poor attitude. Good bye Mercedes of Pineville. Supporting local businesses is probably the best. Shame on you Mercedes. If you read this shop around you could save thousands
