  • The main clerk is a short-tempered nasty woman. She should honestly receive counseling for any abuse or damage she's had, because this woman has obviously been hurt. I sincerely hope she grows as a person, because it is hell trying to deal with her. She acts like you're the biggest inconvenience of her life, even when you're the only customer there, and there is no line. She has a very patronizing and aggressive tone, but she is good at her job otherwise.
