  • Have to agree with the other reviews. Raquel either would not or could not communicate our offers and counters to her sellers. She would not communicate with the appraiser and came within 48 hours of having us cancel the transaction. As a matter of fact, we had to have our agent prepare the paperwork to cancel in order to get an answer to our counter. She emailed our mortgage agent with the most unprofessional language blaming him and others for her failure to provide a time for the appraisal. Our mortgage agent is the only one who helped move the process along. She failed to ensure all keys and remotes were left at the house. We had to take her sign and hold it in order to have those delivered. I am sure there are good agents in the Phoenix market, but between Raquel and our buying agent it has not proven to be the case.
