  • If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! This company came out to remove bees from our roof and quoted me $150-$200 over the phone. The tech, Joe, came out and killed the bees and then told us there was 20-70 lbs of honey that had to be removed immediately or it would begin seeping into our house within the next 24 hrs! That would cost us $900 (a total of $1100!!!!!!). Because we felt under pressure to make a decision right then and there without shopping around at all, we agreed. Then he told us we would have to have a contractor come out the next day to do the repair . . . no idea how much that would run us. Afterward I started calling around and checking them out on-line - ALL negative reviews! F rating with the BBB! AND I called a A+ rated company who told me "I hate to say it, but you got taken." I am sick to my stomach. Called Mountain View to express my disgust - They stand by their business practices. It is disgusting! DO NOT USE MTN VIEW PEST CONTROL!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
