After going to numerous gyms and trying many different types of workouts, I have to say that Vegas HOT!, and Danielle McDonald specifically, have been the best workouts I have ever done. I had to take a break from my membership and went to another gym that I guess would be considered a competitor and it just didn't compare. I absolutely regret the decision. I didn't realize what a difference the floors at Vegas HOT! make! After less than a month at this other gym I've experienced lower back, knee and ankle/foot pain. It has not been worth it for that alone. Plus, no instructor has compared to Danielle. She truly is amazing at what she does. Within 2 weeks of taking her classes, only 3 times per week, I noticed a difference in my body shape and how I felt. She really pushes and challenges you! I love the yoga classes too. Yin is my favorite but I also love Venus. Jessica D and Elise are awesome! As someone who participates more in fitness classes and is very new to yoga, I enjoy their classes because they break everything down and explain how to do the poses very thoroughly. I also think it's great that there are cardio kickboxing, circuit HIIT type and self defense classes available. Ferdinand's classes are super challenging and get you shape! The only negative for me is the class schedule. I don't work typical hours and can only go to classes on my days off. I wish there were 7:30am or 8am fitness classes, preferably taught by Danielle ;-) or yoga... After taking Danielle and Ferdinand's classes a good yoga stretch is in order!
