  • So I hate leaving negative reviews but I've complained to the company itself and nothing has changed. Someone in my building gets the paper delivered. Whomever delivers the paper, they drive up on our lawn and tear it up! I'm tired of walking through mud every morning in my work shoes. Whatever happened to getting out of your car and walking up to the door. That being said, it may not me getting the paper but I have contacted the company and spoken to two people and they assured me they would handle the situation. They obviously didn't. Or they did and their driver just doesn't care. I'm so frustrated. This is part of the company's job to address these issues. Makes me wonder if this is why people I know have cancelled the actual papers. Sad.
