  • Upon facing the decision to have to leave a very stable job in another location, I entered the IT job market a while ago. Throughout my experiences, I was contacted by a few TEKSystems recruiters. Let's just say that the one's that have contacted me have shown nothing but professional courtesy, interest, commitment and involvement I have friends who are IT recruiters for other companies in different states and personally they even place TEKSystems on their top 2 lists for reputation and quality of work. One must understand that not every recruiter is as committed, friendly, and professional as the next (no different than us techs/engineers), but from my experience the 3 personnel involved in my recent successful "professional transition" were very committed to ensuring I land an ideal, fitting role in terms of comfort, salary, team environment, etc. If I can sum up their best quality in one phrase it would be FOLLOW UP.
