rev:text	extremely i repeat extremely rude & unprofessional staff. im calling out leasing agent rochelle she is terrible and put a bad name on estates on maryland apartments. let me tell you about my distasteful experience... first & foremost when i arrived at the leasing office i was not greeted by anyone not only that but when i reached out to the leasing agent who happened to be rochelle she was not approachable in the sense of her demeanor/energy. rochelle went forward in the process of showing me a 1 bedroom apartment and the nasty attitude that she had on display was not necessary by any means. vibes are everything she was completely standoffish & not friendly. additionally she did not look me in my eyes and while she showed me the apartment i asked her a serious question about the layout/apartment features and she responded in a very disrespectful manner. than when i responded to her letting her know her sarcastic answer was not received with good intentions and then she then tried to cover up by offering a gift and i told her no thank you! followed by that i transitioned back to her office and retrieved my driver license before taking off, which is what i really wanted to do upon leaving the open vacancy she showed me. i tell you all of this because all she did was show me the apartment... if they do not take pride in showing open vacancies or treating potential tenants with respect, how do you think they will be if you become a resident??? not only do things arise with apartments such as a need for work orders, rent, etc but in my experience if management team stinks you can be in for a real horrid experience. whatever you do think twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mind you the only reason i gave this place a star because i had too!!!!! the apartments themselves are cute but not all of that especially to put up with people that run the operations that happen to have piss poor people skills. there are far better options in phoenix,az. do not sign up for failure. i repeat do not sign up for failure!!! you have been warned by someone who more than often writes positive reviews but i would not be doing the next person any justice if i did not give them an honest person's experience.
