Tried scheduling an appt for medication refills today. First call was at 10-ish=no answer. 2nd call at
12:30= no answer left message. 3rd call at 2:30= no answer. 4th call at 4:30 =no answer. At 6:30 pm I get a call from an Unavailable Caller that I let go to voicemail. It turns out to be the receptionist returning my call and asking me to call her back to schedule an appointment. I call back right away and it goes to their call center. The woman on the other end of the line tells me she can't schedule appts so I explain that someone had JUST called me to schedule. She scoffs in disbelief and says, "I don't know why they would tell you that when there's no one in the office."
WTF....
I got on to Yelp to write this review and was shocked that I wasn't the only one with a negative experience.
The doctors are good but not good enough to put up with this.
