  • My girfriend and I specifically got the upgraded big soaking tub suite from @hotels.com so we could relax our swollen and injured bodies and we were told nicely that they were overbooked and we were ugraded....To a handicap accessible Resort suite on the 26 floor, with no big walkin tub and the living room chair had chocolate stained all over it. It was a decent hotel room and all, but was definitely dissappointed and a little decieved.
