  • I came in with a very vague problem. My Macbook Pro was acting up and randomly freezing. I took it to the Apple Store and they ran their programs and found no problem with it. The problem the continued to get worse. Desperate, I did a quick search and found these guys. I took a blind shot in the dark and decided to give Willy Tech Shop a chance to fix it. Wow! It took just as long as they said it would, and they were very friendly throughout the experience. I had the great pleasure of working with Josh, and he was extremely patient, understanding, and very honest. He gave me the prices up front and talked me through what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what it could do to help. I got it back and was having an issue importing some files back, I gave them a call and got a call back the next day explaining what I could try to do to solve it. Worked like a charm. If I ever have any more problems this is the only place I will even consider bringing this computer back to. They are very professional, and I am a very impressed customer.
