  • They screwed me out of our legal lease contract 4 days before move-in! They are very friendly, but their organization isn't worth the bother. I signed a lease, a binding legal contract, for a studio unit here. I was supposed to move in in 4 days. I found out today that they actually let the current resident renew it AFTER I signed the lease! So now I'm out of an apartment 4 days before I was supposed to move in. I spent a bunch of money and people to help me. I don't know if they thought they could get away with it being my first apartment, NOPE. I cancelled everything. Seriously please just imagine you signing a lease for an apartment and they just let someone else take it. They tried giving me a another studio that was supposed to be bigger but it was actually a tiny one bedroom where my bed wouldn't have even fit. Time to apartment hunt and hope something is available this month. Fucking thanks.
