| - PLEASE READ!!! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY AND WILL GET SOME IDEA OF THIS FUCKING HELLHOLE!!
The only reason I am giving this place one star is because there is no option for zero stars. The area is phenomenal but the people working in the main office are nothing short of morons and are very unprofessional. First off, they will attempted to charge you for everything under the sun. If that is not enough, you will have to pay for mandatory cable. No ifs ands or buts. While we were living there, we had a bunch of shit go wrong with the apartment, random things, and if something has even one small chance of being fixed and not replaced, they will try to squeeze every fucking penny and not replace it until the very last moment. Case in point, the main lock on the front door was very loose and every time I asked them to replace it, they would only screw it in tighter until one night, I tried to lock the door and the lock snapped clean off the door. No bending no nothing, just snapped right off. At that point, we were locked in the apartment and could not get out but luckily I have some tools and I was able to unscrew the lock and take it off the door completely and I took the fucking thing to the main office first thing in the morning and tore them a new one because of the fire hazard that occurred because of them not wanting to replace it in the first place. One thing I forgot to mention is that we were on the third floor and if I did not have tools, I would have either been locked in with nowhere to go other than the balcony or I would have had to break out of my own fucking apartment. When it came time to move out, these assholes told me what things I needed to do in order to not be charged for the small stuff like holes in the wall and whatnot, and when we moved everything out, we proceeded to give the place a thorough cleaning. We scrubbed the ever loving shit out of the place and even ran through it with clorox wipes just to make sure and guess what? Pretty much everything they told me to do, they went ahead and charged me for it anyway. It took me fucking days fighting with them to take off at least half the charges. Initially they charged me for the expensive things (go figure) and did not want to charge one or two small things. Then when I got them to take half the charges off the bigger things, they then proceeded to charge me for the small stuff to make up the difference. FUCKING CORPORATE AMERICA RIGHT?!?! cocksuckers....
They will also, I repeat, they WILL fuck up on your documents that they are supposed to enter into their systems and then they WILL blame it on you because you have not provided them with the correct information. They WILL also charge you for their mistakes in that regard. What I mean by this is they are responsible for entering information into their systems such as renter's insurance and they are SUPPOSED to keep on top of this every six months because it needs to be updated every six months. Our insurance was on auto renew and they forgot to enter that into the system so six months later, they attempted to charge me for THEIR MISTAKE. I fought with them for days and they WOULD NOT budge one fucking inch. Finally after I figured I tried everything I possible could, I gave up and the next day, I got a call from one of the main managers in the office saying that IT WAS their mistake and that I would not be charged for that. While we were living there, there was this piece of shit neighbor below us who complained that our dishwasher, washing machine, AND food grinder was too loud for her. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!? I proceeded to the office, told them about it, and they called her and told her not to do that. I also tried to be nice and do everything at a reasonable hour but that was not enough for her. She knocked on my door three times throughout the next week after that, and after about the third knock, I went to her front door and took care of the matter myself. She never attempted to do a SINGLE thing or even make eye contact with me after that. Just make sure if you are moving in here, be prepared to pay for stupid small mistakes that WILL NOT be yours, be prepared to be charged for things that they say you will not be charged for, and be prepared to take care of your own personal bullshit with anyone around you because apparently appliances CAN be a nuisance. Just get every fucking thing in writing as soon as you are told about it.
