  • My wife and I have stayed here each spring for about a week for the last 19 years. The hotel and rooms are very comfortable. Believe it or not some door staff and wait staff have been here that long too. We get great service. I hate the sucky staff at Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton and much prefer Westin. This hotel is great to get downtown or to the 407. My only real complaint is having to pay for parking now.
