| - Came here for dinner as I've had this place on my to-go places for a while, but never really got a chance to follow up with it until recently and sat down at a bar seat to see what to get. The menu is pretty decently sized and judging from the crowds and the buzz when I walked in, I'd say this is probably one of the more popular restaurants in the Strip District as it's also on the cheaper side as well for decently sized portions. Anyways, ended up ordering the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and the Jamaican Green Curry Vegetables entree. As for the poke bowl, it was decent tasting. Ingredients were fresh and tasty, although probably not really worth the $14 I paid as I've had better poke bowls elsewhere for less (and also made-to-order aka I could customize it however I liked). Now as for the Jamaican Green Curry Vegetable ... mmm did this entree really blow my mouth out of the park. Now I will say it's not as spicy as Indian or Asian style curries, but I will say that the spices (mid-spicy), the pineapple (sweet), along with the carbs in the dish (potatoes, saffron rice) and the veggies (peas, greens, mushroom, squash) made for a delightful medley of different flavors in my mouth ... made it so happy haha. I would say the curry itself is actually pretty darn good and was reasonably price as the portion size was rather large for what I paid (my appetite has really declined in comparison to previous years ... prob a good thing). In general? Great place to come and get some great tasting grub. Bar here is also pretty lively and there are many drinks that you can order. I would not recommend coming here if you're planning a date or more intimate gathering though ... place is rather loud with the crowds and all, but for good reason! It's certainly worth paying a visit to come try this place, the great food, and the drinks (if you're into that kind of stuff haha)!
