  • Purchased a Groupon, was pleased with both the level of clear, communication from management, as well as the execution by the Staff. Will consider using their services again in the future. Be aware if you have a "large" apartment there are fees, which they tried to apply, but when I asked for clarification about what the parameters were, as well as where in the Groupon this was stated they came back and told me there would be no fees but the staff would focus solely on bathrooms, kitchen and floor cleaning, and not the bedrooms to ensure they finished at the time interval that I purchased. Despite this, they did a bang up job, including dusting and cleaning blinds, which was sorely needed.
