  • Best car dealership I have ever been to. I've lived in Scottsdale for two years and I refuse to have my car serviced anywhere else. They pretty much roll out the red carpet with customer service and are always courteous, fun and very prompt with servicing my car. Steve and Angela are unreal. If you ever need a rental, Omaury is your man. I recently decided I wanted to buy a new car. I didn't actually think this would be a wildly fun experience. However, Ray took excellent care of me at Pinnacle Nissan. He listened to everything I was looking for and was genuinely concerned with my needs as opposed to just selling me a car. It was a much quicker experience than I had anticipated and made my life a lot easier. The particular car that I wanted was not located on the lot at the time. Ray searched high and low for the EXACT car I had wanted and was able to find one for me a few days later. He recently followed up to make sure I was in love with my car, as I am. Ray made buying a car a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend him and Pinncale to anyone looking to buy a car.
