rev:text	I visited big view diner the night of march 10th I ordered jambalaya with a ceaser salad with whatever dressing came with it, and a garden salad with blue cheese dressing. Along with a cup of ice cream water and a lemonade I was told my order would be ready in 20 however I came in 35 to 40 min and when I got there my order was never made . I understand mistakes are made and sometimes order tickets don't get turned in but the lady was acting as if it was everyone else fault but hers. 10 min later we finally got our food, we were expecting maybe a certain percentage off our meal for compensation of our food not being ready when we got there. And the lady offered "an extra scoop of ice cream will that make you happy?" "And I gave u your drinks for free " oh really a water and lemonade ? I wasn't aware water cost nowadays. We just went back to our place for the night ready to sit down and eat and my food was placed in the box so messy that the juices basically all the flavor from my meal was spilled and gathered at the bottom of the bag, I ate it anyway didn't taste too good but it was food. I decided I would talk to the manager first thing the next day and that's what I did. I called he was nice and cooperative and offered me a free appetizer and dessert my next visit which I was thrilled about so I finally came in for my free starter and dessert tonight march 20th. I got strawberry cheesecake and disco Fries we got home the cheesecake was good my mother ate the disco fries and received a crunchy surprise a crouton in the disco fries! She said the fries tasted and looked old like they took left overs from someone's plate in the first place but she decided to give it a try anyway and that's what she was greeted with we will never be visiting big view diner again.
