  • Buyer Beware. They sold us a defective product - I have no idea if our product has the toxic formaldehyde or not, but I do know that it has cracked right from the middle from many planks and has shrunk abnormally within three months of installation. We installed their most expensive wood all over our house. They sent the installer to verify our complaint - which he did, complete with pictures. After that the people at the store do not help you at all. They just tell you to contact corporate, and corporate does nothing but send you emails with ticket numbers. It's been more than two months since we initiated our complaint. Have reported them to the BBB. Horrible experience.
