  • Franco is fantastic. He's amazing at what he does and a wonderful person in general. I wish more hairdressers were like him. But he is always delayed with a prior client so plan on being there longer than anticipated. Also, it is disorganized at the front desk (there really is no front desk person) - no one really to greet you and take you where you need to go (which is confusing when you're coming for the first time). Also, nowhere to sit while you wait for the stylist to finish with prior appt. Therefore you end up roaming Yorkville for 1/2 hour sometimes while waiting. Finally when it's time to pay, if you use debit, you kind of have to wait around the front desk to see who will take your payment.
