  • A really awful experience. From the extremely long wait times for the shuttle to pick us up (almost two hours even though we had reserved it in advance) to the snobby staff members. The small discount really isn't worth the inconvenience, as for us it cost us 3 hours of our vacation by the time we finally got to the rental location and were given our (tiny) car. When we returned the car, the staff just handed us the keys to the airport shuttle and walked off. We took the hint that it was up to us to load all our luggage ourselves. Avoid if possible!
