  • I came to AutoNation GMC in Henderson because they had a GMC Terrain on their website that was almost exactly what I wanted. I test drove the SUV and decided to buy it. Everything was fine until I asked for a second key to be included as there was only one. This was not a special key in anyway, just a standard, ordinary key. They refused. I made it clear that I would not buy a vehicle with only one key. Still they refused. I asked "are you really willing to lose a sale over a key?" They said "yes" so I left and let them keep their SUV. Gaudin Ford sold me a very nice similar SUV and asked me how many keys I wanted! AutoNation needs to learn the basics of customer service. $18k ought to buy me an extra key.
