  • Site is not at the Billy Bishop airport, nobody there knew about it but recommended to take the shuttle downtown and walk to the address shown on the rental paperwork. Later, I found you need to call when you land and Avis will send a van to pick you up. Address listed it for the main building, not mentioning they are located downstairs on the PATH walkway in a corner. Tried calling but they close at I think 3pm on a Saturday (which is about what time I landed and walked the blocks from Union Station in the rain to find the place). Finally found the place and luckily there was someone still there while the cleaning crew was there and he helped out. Cars are located in the parking garage below, a little confusing to get in and out but made it. Overall it was OK, just issues with finding the place, it closing early on a Saturday, that they don't mention to call when you land and they will pick you up, etc.
