  • Bryce,and Caleb and most of the guys at BUTTOUT have been ABSOLUTELY AWWWSOME;they seem to care about their clients ,I have been asked to visit other providers but I can't bring myself to go..Even after the store by my house closed; I still go every 2 weeks to the Virginia store they warranty the merchandise ,batteries mainly ,I haven't had any other problems with the equipment. And with the battery it most likely was user error. I will continue to be a loyal BUTTOUT customer. And recommend to my friends ,THEY are all great people, With great product..I think with products like theirs and the 5 star customer care and support..You don't really feel as though your at a store to buy merchandise, but rather stopping in to see friends.
